Jimmy Butler of the Miami Heat of the National Basketball Association (NBA) has been fined $25,000 for failing to participate in an official media interview.
According to ESPN, the NBA has fined Butler 먹튀검증 $25,000 (approximately 33 million won) for violating the league’s interview policy.
The NBA explained that Butler was fined for not participating in an official media interview following the Heat’s 128-102 victory over the Boston Celtics in Game 3 of the 2022-2023 NBA Eastern Conference Finals (best-of-seven) at the Amway Center in Miami, Florida, on April 22.
At the time, Miami had won three straight games over Boston to clinch a spot in the championship series, but Butler declined to speak to the media following a disappointing 16-point, eight-rebound, six-assist performance.
Miami fell to Boston 99-116 in Game 4 on Thursday to even the series at three games apiece.
